I had vinyl siding installed on my home. The workmanship was terrific, the communication from Jessica, project manager, was exceptional. I was informed of when the work would begin and updates during the installation process. She sent me pictures documenting the entire installation process and the final look of the home. I could not be more pleased with her professionalism. From the initial site visit with Josh and his evaluation and thorough explanation of the product, warranty, and payment options, I felt comfortable with my decision to work with The Improvement Store. And finally, Alberto, the installer, did an excellent job and always left the job site clean at the end of everyday.

I was so pleased with the entire team that I have called Josh to order the installation of new vinyl windows. In today’s environment, the norm seems to be disappointment with contractors. In this case, the team exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for home improvement projects.

Had a concrete patio poured by these guys and the whole experience was painless and efficient. They came out to give the estimate quickly and got everything scheduled.

The installers were on site early and very professional. They had to remove part of my fence to access the back yard and put it back together before leaving. The patio looks great.

Overall, this has been one of the best home improvement experiences I’ve had.

The installers were fantastic. Very professional. Came on the property and were there when they said they would be. Left the property clean. Picked up all the trash and materials left over and removed it. Mr. Lester did the deck and Mr. Julio did the gutters and the roof waterproofing. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Would recommend these gentlemen again to anyone.
